Short and long term goals are developed together, and treatment and exercise prescription is tailored toward achieving those goals.

Including assessment, treatment, and instruction in pregnancy and menopause related issues, assessment of sacroiliac joint instability, symphysis pubis dysfunction, abdominal wall, diastasis recti abdominis, and hip and core stability. With a goal-driven emphasis on specialized exercise programs promoting the return to activity and fitness.

In Person Visits
- Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $250
- Return visit (55 minutes): $180
Return visit (45 minutes): $160
Telehealth Visits:
- Initial Evaluation (60 minutes): $225
- Return visit (55 minutes): $160
Return visit (45 minutes): $140
KOR PT contracts with a handful of insurances, and is otherwise a fee-for-service practice. If your insurance is listed below as one we are In Network with, we will bill your insurance for you. You will be responsible for Co-pays or Co-insurance, which will be billed to the credit card on file at time of service.

In cases where KOR PT is Out of Network with your insurance company, you will be billed for the amount listed above, less 10% reduction of fees for Out Of Pocket payment, to the credit card on file at time of service.
You will also be provided with a detailed receipt (also known as a Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company, for any out-of-network benefits for reimbursement that may be available to you. We can provide you with information that will guide you in how to contact your insurance company to see if and how you may be reimbursed by your plan.
Good Faith Estimates for services are available on request and at time of scheduling.
Please note: if you have Medicare as a primary or secondary insurance, KOR PT is restricted in working with you as we have chosen not to have a contract with Medicare at this time.
